Elara Voss Seraphine Halter Mini Dress
It's a halter mini dress. What it does from there is up to you — heels and something sparkling for the evenings that matter, flats and a good jacket when you'd rather not look like you tried. Either way, it reads as someone who decided early and didn't second-guess it.
